Access to our storage units is by electronic fob during our opening hours, 7 days a week. Outside of those hours access can be gained by prior arrangement with us. We are not open on Bank Holidays unless by prior arrangement. All systems are automated and there is CCTV on site and throughout the buildings so we are able to see who is on site at any one time and where they are on site. There is a 24 hour CCTV camera focused on the electric gates and there is another that has number plate recognition so all vehicles approaching the electric security gates to the site are recorded 24 hours a day.

Once you are a customer, opening hours for vehicle storage are from 9 am until 8pm daily in the Summer months (Easter until Halloween) and winter hours (1st November to Easter) from 9am to 6pm on weekdays and 10am until 4pm on Saturdays and 10 am until 12 noon on Sundays. ** NB OUR VEHICLE STORAGE IS FULL AND WE ARE NOT CURRENTLY TAKING NEW VEHICLES ** Outside of these times by prior arrangement. We always try to be flexible on your move in and move out days because we appreciate that it often takes a long time to move house, get keys or wait for removal lorries especially if you are moving from a distance.
We may need to restrict access in the winter months in the event of severe weather conditions. This is to prevent accident or incident during opening hours.
Should it be snowing or icy AT ANY TIME IN THE WINTER MONTHS please phone ahead before visiting your unit in case we have had to close at short notice.
