Based in heart of the historical English county of Herefordshire, our state-of-the-art storage facility allows personalised and individual access to the site and to the heated storage building during our customer opening hours through a secure electronic remote system, giving you the comfort of knowing that your belongings are safe. Whether you’re moving house, office or need a safe space to store your personal belongings, we can provide temporary or long term self storage solutions to meet your individual needs. We try and provide the best Hereford Storage solutions of all types. The system allows us to know who is at the gate and who is on the site at any one time and the times they enter and exit the site and the buildings. There are CCTV cameras throughout the site, both inside and outside the buildings and at the gateway so you are always on camera.

We require that all your belongings must be insured by you and you must provide evidence if you have your own insurance policy. We can let you have details of online insurers or you can be put on our policy with Basil Fry Specialist Insurers. All you need to do is give us a replacement value for your belongings and we will charge you £5 per £1000 of replacement value (per month), larger values are subject to a discount. When you have complete the forms you will be covered on the policy. It is a condition of Woodlands Self Store that items must be insured. Once you are a customer here the storage units can be accessed at any time during the given opening hours, out of hour access can be arranged upon prior agreement as there is usually someone on site at all times.  Phone or email us for a first appointment and once you are signed up as a customer and have paid your deposit and given us your photo ID and a copy recent utility bill and organised the monthly payment structure, your key fob can be issued to you and this will let you in and out.
